Gimli and Pippin are MISSING! By Mercy

GrandPaw Robert took off with my brothers and didn’t bring them home. I AM BORED! The older dogs around here claim that it is to hot to play! It is NEVER to ANYTHING to PLAY! Besides… we HAVE a swimming pool!

Grammy called the vet’s office, and they told her that the boys were doing fine. She’s always been able to pick up boys that have gone to the vet on the same day, but apparently, this vet always keeps the dogs overnight, so she is BUMMED, and so is Papa! What am I? Chopped liver?

I gather that they are having the boy version of being “sprayed” like Mama Dott and I did a few months ago. If so, I feel sorry for them! I feel sorry for ME too, cause I’ll bet they won’t want to play much when they get back either!

We visited one of our friends, JP at Bark of Love, and found out that they are trying to get the word out about a calendar called, Pin-ups Love Pound Pups. 100% of the profits go to PAWSitive Changes Inc.,  which is a 501c3 non-profit organization that exists to promote the human-animal bond with shelter dogs and incarcerated youth. "These young people care for, train, and help the dogs with social skills so they can be ready to be adopted into their forever homes." The calendar picks are very tastefully done. You might want to go and check it out!

A sleepover at the vet? That can be a bit scary. I hope the boys are OK from their tutoring.

That vet man must be an old fashioned one because the ones around here don't keep them over night anymore. I think it might be a good thing that they spent the night away because when I picked up my Jazz from being spayed on the same day she looked terrible. The next day she looked fine.

They will be playing with you in no time girl!

There is a rescue group in Ohio that has a program with a jail where the inmates learn how to take care of corgi's and they also train the corgi's before you get to adopt them. Neat program for all.

Angela

The best I remember when Peppy had that done a few years back (like he chose to do it, lol) he had to spend the night. I don't remember it helping his attitude, though. Age has, but that didn't.
Hope the boys are home today and still able to play, Mercy!

Oh, I wish I lived closer! I LUVS to play, too! And like you said, it's ALWAYS a good time to play! Maybe you oughta go bust the boys out.

That looks like a neat calendar. We'll skip over there and check it out!

Oooo, getting the big doggie opera-shun is furry imPAWtant and a right of passage. When they come home you should treat them kindly and be furry sweet to them 'cause they have now entered the world of the grown-ups☺

that is interesting that the vet kept the boys overnight. I bet it was a lot quieter without them though and I know they were missed by all

What a bummer...Maybe since the boys are staying overnight at the vet they will be all ready to play when they get home!

Another corgi mystery. You "gathered" or you know where they are? Huh? :)

Oh no, a nasty op that will mean they will never have puppies!
They did the same to us - it is an outrage.
We hope they come home soon good as new - even if they do have to live a pupless life!!!
