Day at the Park… By Gimli

Here it is… FRIDAY already, and we never got around to telling you about our time at the Park last Sunday!

After Church last Sunday, everyone decided to go to the Park since it was such a beautiful day. They took stuff for a picnic, and WE got to go. (Actually, “We” were only Grandma OC, Uncle BG, Mama Dott, and me because out elders have always gone into town and there is to many for everyone to go usually, so us pups have to take turns going in…)

They had Tri-Tip BBQ and BBQ Chicken, and we got little pieces of it! MMMmmm!

There were lots of other dogs there too, but it isn’t a “Dog Park” so we all had to be on leashes. One looked a lot like my Grandpa Stitch, Mama Dott and Uncle BG’s Dad, only smaller, according to Grammy, but he wasn’t really her Dad, so Mama Dott didn’t like him much…

I tried to be friendly, though.

Mimi brought Auntie Kisses and Auntie Dolly, too…

We had a lot of fun running and playing on our long leashes, and dog and people watching!

Grammy took each of us for a walk… even Grandma OC in her wheelchair (but she forgot to take pictures because she was paying so much attention to how Grandma was doing…)

Grammy also took some pictures of Brady, her niece’s baby. He is doing very well since he got out of the hospital, and she wants to thank all her friends that were praying for him from her “Country Grammy’s Walk With God” blog!

What an adorable little biped - we had no idea he had been poorly but he looks full of good health in those shots.
Looked like you all had a great time and a BBQ - could life get any better.
We are allowed off our leads in the parks in the UK but we don't have any dog parks!
Great pics of you and all the other dogs.
love and kisses

That looks like a Most Wonderful day! Isn't it fun to be out in a park and watch all the fun stuffs going on? Then you add in a picnic on top of it and well, that's pure happiness right there.

Little Brady is awfully cute and happy looking, too. I'm so very much glad everyone had a happy time!
