God Bless the USA…
On this, our Independence Day!
Especially bless the soldiers
Who fight to keep us free,
And bless their families
As they fight across the sea.
We thank you, Lord,
For keeping your mighty hand
Upon our dear and beautiful land,
And ask your continued love
Rain on us from Heaven Above.

What a lovely tribute! Thanks for visitin' with me and the pack. My weimarloonie, Ruby, told me to tell you that she is far too dignified to drip water from her mouth! She is quit the dainty eater too... but without loads of excercise she can be VERY obnoxious! :)
The poem and your picture made Mum cry. She just thinks that was the most beautiful thing in the whole world. Mum says your Mum is a reflection of God's love in the world - since our Mum is three years behind your Mum (the dottie old thing is just 53 years old), she is still working to be a light in the world that points folks to our Lord Jesus Christ. So tell your Mum to keep up the good work for those who follow - like us!

Hi there, I'm so bummed that your blog is one that I can no longer comment on.
For some reason several of my favorites don't allow me to enter a comment.
It's Blogger, or Mozilla that is the culprit, but doggone it, it's so frustratin!
Just want you to know that I enjoy your tales immensely, and look forward to a good read.
I smile the entire time, as I read. Your entries are so clever, and from a doggie perspective, making it interestingly unique.
Hopefully one day soon, the blog gods will smile my way again, and open up the heavens to comment land.
Until then, just know...that I'm reading, and enjoying, and chuckling, along with every one else who delights in your writing!
Hugs,
Corgidogmama
