Corgi Love for Papa… By OC

Papa needed a lot of love when he got home today from his Auntie’s funeral and that is a job that we gladly undertook…

Pip got a bit jealous of Poppi and wanted him to get DOWN,

but Grammy and Papa talked to him ...

Pip decided that he was going to ignore Poppi and just let him be.

Finally, we all settled down pretty much. I couldn’t get UP on Papa, but I stayed close to the side of his chair so he knew I loved him too…

Note from Grammy: "Happy" answers much better to the name "Poppi," so we have decided to call him that.

There is always room for one more, but in this case I don't know. How cute is that?
I hope hubby starts feeling better - I know his loss must be hard on him.

A Pawpa-pile! Is this about consoling or crushing your daddy? Poppi it is!

Poor Poppi, this has to be hard on him too! I'm glad he has Papa to be with him and I'm glad you guys are sharing Papa with Poppi. It is hard when a loved one dies, praying for you all

Nothing, is more soothing to the soul than being on the bottom of a corgi pile up!

Your humans are so lucky to have you.
Everyone needs a hug sometimes and your Papa had mega hugs!
We know that must have been a tough day.

Glad you pups were there for Papa. That is a very important mission and it looks like you really helped. Poppi is a great name and must be the right one if it works better!

We canines are great at the consoling world, aren't we?
